Types of UAE visit Visas

96-Hour Visa: You are only eligible to stay in the UAE for a maximum of 96 hours. This Dubai visa is best suited for travellers who plan to stay for less than four days in the country.

14-Day Visa (short-term visit, single entry): This non-extendable visa is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

30-Day Visa (short-term visit, single entry): This non-extendable visa is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

90-Day Visa: This visa is valid for 90 days and is recommended for travellers who are going to Dubai on holiday or to visit family and friends.

How to Apply for UAE (Dubai) Visa

To book an appointment at VFS Global, you are required to do the following:

• Fill in the application form. The application form can be accessed online here.

• Submit all mandatory documents.

• Pay the application fee.

• Submissions are accepted between 08:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday.

30-Day Visa (single entry) - $180

Transit/96-Hour Visa (single entry) - $60

14-Day Visa (single entry) - $165

60-Day Visa (single entry) - $200

90-Day Visa (single entry) - $475

180-Day visa (single Entry) - $700

Payments are to be made at the VFS Dubai Visa Application Centre in the city of most countries. Ensure that you take your electronic receipt when making payment.

 Requirements for Dubai (UAE) Visa application


1. A passport, valid for a minimum of six months

2. Passport size photos

3. A copy of your completed and signed Dubai visa application form.

4. Details about your itinerary.

5. Proof of hotel bookings, flight bookings.

6. Copy of tour ticket.

7. A cover letter with all the required details about your itinerary.

8. Statement from your bank of the last six months to prove you have enough finances to fund your visit.

9. Address proof.

10. Letter from your sponsor who can be a friend or relative staying in Dubai.
